Principal

Welcome to Glendale Elementary. I am honored to be a part of a community of learners who develop skills by fostering creativity, success and a love of learning for all students. Glendale is a place where students can celebrate their uniqueness and maximize their potential.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, as well as a Sixth Year Certification in School Administration, from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis. I also had the privilege to complete the Minnesota Principal Academy with the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, their spouses and my grandson.  I also enjoy reading, exercising, sports and visiting with my friends and family.

I look forward to working in partnership with the staff, students, families and community to ensure that our students have high quality educational experiences and access to a variety of resources that will foster their personal, social and academic growth.
